I recently attended a Women’s Advancement Programme, and it was truly transformative! From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by a community of inspiring women, all eager to share their experiences and support one another.

The workshops were expertly tailored, covering everything from self-growth to leadership skills, and each session provided practical tools that I could immediately apply in my career. Every single speaker was phenomenal, sharing their personal journeys and empowering us with their wisdom. I left feeling more confident in my abilities and with a renewed sense of purpose. The exposure, lessons, and encouragement to think outside the box were invaluable.

The programme forced me out of that comfort zone and make connections that I know will last a lifetime. The Tabono programme also provided us with an opportunity to develop a project idea and our concept was selected as the winning proposal. It has been an exciting journey applying the knowledge and skills I gained from the programme, particularly engaging senior business unit leaders – which is an opportunity I would not have typically encountered.

Overall, this programme helped me not only to grow professionally but also personally. It reminded me of the importance of community and the power of women supporting women. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to elevate their career and connect with like-minded individuals.
