I really had an amazing time with the incredible ladies in the Tabono Women’s Advancement programme, that was aimed at enabling women to take their career to the next level.

Just to summarise, right from the beginning they enlighten our understanding through enneagrams, which proved to be a profound self-awareness tool for me. So much insight on my personality, strengths, and off course my weaknesses, and how these affects my work, social and home environment. More than just learning, Tabono is a powerful tool to develop talent and to help young people especially women to be mindful, strategic, and intentional about what we do on daily basis. I truly appreciate the work that was put together by the Networking company.

The coaches they work with are outstanding, impactful and the best subject matter expects. This is one of the courses I will forever cherish and appreciate the business for considering me. I am empowered to elevate others to reach their full potentional and to own the power of their leadership voices as we advance to next level in life. I am proud to be part of Nedbank CIB.
