Through the work they will do and the attitude they bring, they can shape the organisation, the industry, and the world. Because we are driven to not only help customers but are also determined to create a better world.

Through the Future League Graduate Program, we look for young people who are who curious, obsessed with mastery, courageous, are team players and possess a high EQ. We identified the need to develop our graduates and to provide them with the skills and strategies that would help them to gain the best performance from their team members, in essence providing them with the tools to call on the softer skills that managers need to use when managing a diverse group of people.

When we were looking for a partner on the graduate program, Helen Nicholson and her team at The Networking Company (TNCO) pulled together a detailed brief for us and produced a proposal for the design and delivery of a training programme comprising a multiple of incredibly powerful and impactful workshops. Their delivery style is very positive and we felt the training had the desired results. They are also very in-tune with the leadership development landscape, and are deeply invested in unlocking and realizing the potential of young talent.  

We have thus enjoyed a very fruitful relationship with TNCO over the years. And as a result we will be working with them again in 2025 to elevate the FNB Graduate Program to even greater heights!
