The graduate program has been an amazing experience. It was the perfect way to start of my career in corporate South Africa. I’ve learned so many valuable lessons from the modules covered throughout the year. I really enjoyed the way in which focus was placed on our development and growth as individuals.
I’ve gained valuable knowledge, which I will use not only within FNB but throughout the rest of my career. My favourite module was the Corporate Politics module. Working in a role that requires me to rely on others to successfully complete my job, I am faced with having to engage in corporate politics daily. The module taught me that corporate politics are not necessarily negative and can be used positively to help others.
