Working with The Networking Company has been really special. They address a lot of soft skills that you might not know especially as a graduate. 

These are things that other people might already know because of their experience in the workplace, but as a grad, it’s been very helpful to have the Networking Company coach you through your professional presence and how you show up in the workplace and in your team. 

My biggest take away has to be knowing that I have to be intentional in my personal and career development, because no one is coming.  My favourite module has been professional presence and it’s had the biggest impact on me because that’s what I’ve struggled with most.
