The FNB Graduate Programme has been quite a thrill of a journey. this journey has brough with it impactful strides in advancing not only my career, but also my outlook to life as a whole. for starters, the support structure has thus far, gone beyond my expectations. Everyone is always willing to go the extra mile in offering assistance and getting me my desired result.
The challenges, exposure and experience have come with lifelong impact toward building a reliable and competitive employee of the group. The Networking Sessions have played a huge role in equipping me with the necessary tools & skills to grow my network. Personal Mastery coupled with Personal Branding have ensured that I am intentional in packaging the employee I’d like to be seen as. This has enabled me to leave a lasting impression that could potentially sustain or grow my network.
In Addition, Mindfulness has ensured that I take control of my nerves through the breathing techniques taught. This has improved my confidence to participate and engage in meetings. Career Management has taken me on a journey of self-discovery. On this journey I got to lay out a foundation of where exactly I’d like to find myself in the coming years. In conclusion I am well equipped in with the necessary tools to progress and become the employee I envision myself being.
